Justin Seideman

Justin Seideman is an experienced investment banking professional currently serving as an Investment Banking Associate at Intrepid Financial Partners since July 2020, with prior roles as Investment Banking Analyst and Summer Analyst. Justin's earlier experience includes a Private Equity Internship at Lime Rock Partners, where valuation analysis and industry research were performed, as well as learning about acquisitions in the oil and gas sector. Additionally, Justin interned at Compass Diversified, assisting the acquisitions team with investment analysis and due diligence. Justin graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the SMU Cox School of Business in 2021, following a high school diploma from Staples High School in 2017.
