Neil Chen

Neil Chen is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in energy and energy transition investing. As Managing Director at Intrepid Financial Partners since May 2015, Neil specializes in private equity, infrastructure, credit, and venture capital. Additionally, Neil serves as a Board Observer at Ocean Aero Inc., which focuses on sustainable ocean drones, and as a Board Member for ECOTEC Solutions, Inc. and Rio Grande E&P, emphasizing innovative emissions solutions and energy exploration respectively. Prior to these roles, Neil held significant positions at Barclays as Chief of Staff to the CEO in the Americas and in mergers and acquisitions, and briefly worked at Lehman Brothers in investment banking. Neil is an alumnus of Princeton University.
