Ed Bagdasarian is the CEO, Managing Director, and Co-Founder of Intrepid Investment Bankers, a Los Angeles-based firm providing M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory services to entrepreneurs and middle-market companies. Prior to this, Ed held the position of Managing Director at Wells Fargo from October 2006 to May 2010, following the acquisition of Barrington Associates, where Ed served as Managing Director and Co-Founder from 1989 until its acquisition. Barrington Associates specialized in merger and acquisition and corporate finance advisory services for companies with revenues between $25 million and $1 billion. Ed Bagdasarian earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics from the University of California at Los Angeles.
