Lorie Beers

Lorie Beers currently serves as the Head of Special Situations at Intrepid Investment Bankers since January 2023. Previously, Lorie held the position of Managing Director and Group Head of Special Situations at Cowen and Company from August 2015 to May 2022. Lorie's extensive experience includes roles as Managing Director at StormHarbour Securities, Senior Managing Director at both Conway MacKenzie, Inc. and Variant Capital Advisors LLC, and Managing Director at Seabury Group, where Lorie was Global Co-head of Investment Banking. Earlier in Lorie's career, positions included Managing Director at KPMG Corporate Finance and Director of Business Development at Gordian Group LLC.
