Mike Ramstetter

Mike Ramstetter started their work experience in 2004 as a Shift Manager at Domanios Pizza. From 2008 to 2012, they worked as a Summer Intern at Intrepid Potash, where they gained experience in welding, fabrication, plant maintenance, and electrical systems. Then, from 2009 to 2012, Mike worked as a Manufacturing Engineering Tech/Welding Lab Advisor at Weber State University. In 2013, they joined Intrepid Potash as a North Plant Group Leader for the Maintenance Standardization Project, where they played a key role in improving maintenance practices. Later, they took on roles as a Maintenance Planner and a Reliability Engineer at Intrepid Potash.

Mike Ramstetter has a Bachelors degree in Sciences Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Weber State University. Additionally, they attended the College Of Eastern Utah, but no specific degree or field of study was mentioned.
