Jennifer Fugina has extensive experience in visitor services and operations across various prestigious institutions. Currently serving as AVP of Visitor Services at Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum since July 2016, Jennifer previously held multiple leadership roles including Director of Visitor Services at Discovery Times Square and Associate Director of Student Services at The New York Botanical Garden. Jennifer's career began in 2001 at Long Island Children's Museum, where responsibilities included managing visitor and support services. With a strong background in opening teams at various attractions such as the Sports Museum of America and Ripley's Believe It or Not! Museum, Jennifer brings valuable expertise in enhancing guest experiences and operational efficiency in the cultural sector. Education was completed at LIU Post.
