Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum
Larry Becker currently serves as the VP of Technology at the Intrepid Museum since May 2024. Prior experience includes serving as the Senior Director, Campus Technology Architect at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts from January 2016 to May 2024, where Larry designed and implemented the technology architecture for the $550M renovation of David Geffen Hall, completing the project two years ahead of schedule during the Covid pandemic. Larry also held various roles at Lincoln Center, including Senior Director of Infrastructure and Support Services and Director of Infrastructure and Support Services, focusing on hardware monitoring and improving interdepartmental relationships. Prior to Lincoln Center, Larry was IT Director at SageSure, creating the IT infrastructure for the startup, and previously worked at Gruner + Jahr, advancing through multiple positions from Network Engineer to Manager of Network Services. Larry Becker earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Brooklyn College.

The Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum is a nonprofit, educational institution featuring the legendary aircraft carrier Intrepid, the space shuttle Enterprise, the world’s fastest jets and a guided missile submarine. Through exhibitions, educational programming and the foremost collection of technologically groundbreaking aircraft and vessels, visitors of all ages and abilities are taken on an interactive journey through history to learn about American innovation and bravery. The mission of the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum is to promote the awareness and understanding of history, science and service through its collections, exhibitions and programming in order to honor our heroes, educate the public and inspire our youth.
