Arnout Boele

Arnout Boele has over 16 years of work experience in various roles within the alcohol and beverage industry. Arnout is currently serving as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Intrepid Spirits since March 2022. Prior to this, Arnout worked at Diageo, where they held several positions, including Global Commercial VP for Baileys, Global rollout lead for GUINNESS Microdraught, Head of Diageo Global Licensing, Customer Marketing Director for Global Travel Americas, Commercial Development Manager for Western Europe, Sales Director for the Netherlands, and National Account Manager. Throughout their career, Arnout has consistently exceeded performance targets and implemented successful marketing and commercial strategies, contributing to the growth and success of the organizations they have worked for.

Arnout Boele pursued their education in Economics at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) from 1999 to 2006, earning a Master's degree.
