Chrystal O'Sullivan

Chrystal O'Sullivan is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in digital marketing, CRM, and communications. Currently serving as Head of CRM & Email at Intrepid Travel since October 2018, Chrystal has held various roles including Lifecycle Marketing Manager and Global Email Marketing & Automation Specialist. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Creative Women's Circle, where Chrystal was Head of Communications and a Board Member, and a travel sabbatical at The World. Previous roles at L'Oréal involved managing digital and CRM projects that focused on enhancing customer engagement through website launches and SEO improvements. Chrystal also contributed significantly to Angus & Robertson Bookworld as Digital Marketing Executive, and held key positions at The Australian Ballet, leading digital strategies and omni-channel campaigns.
