Shayne Ramos Oyarzabal

Shayne Ramos Oyarzabal is an accomplished Human Resources and Talent Acquisition professional with extensive experience across various companies. Currently serving as the Human Resources Compliance Manager and Talent Acquisition Consultant at Gotham Cigars since December 2022, Shayne also holds multiple roles as a Talent Acquisition Specialist with Intrigma Inc., Powur, PBC, and C&E Constructions. Additionally, from October 2014 to the present, Shayne has been involved with R.C. Ramos Construction Corporation as a Human Resources Consultant and Human Resources Manager. Shayne has held previous positions in talent acquisition at Alariss Global, Benitago Group, Rekruit, and Eiben Recruitment. Furthermore, as a Managing Partner at Cafe Xua Incorporated from February 2019 to January 2021, Shayne contributed to establishing a Vietnamese coffee shop in Manila. Education includes a Bachelor of Education in Special Education from Miriam College and a degree in Entrepreneurial Management from the University of Asia and the Pacific.
