Brad Smith

Brad Smith began their work experience in 2008 as a Valuation Analyst at Karsh Consulting, P.C. Brad worked there until December 2015. In December 2015, Brad joined Intrinsic, LLC as a Managing Director, and they are currently in that role.

Brad Smith obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from Drake University, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's Degree in Tax Law/Taxation from the University of Denver between 1997 and 1998. Brad also holds additional certifications including being a Certified Public Accountant, certified by the Colorado Board of Accountancy, a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) accredited by the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA), and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certified by the CFA Institute.
