Michael Barrus, PhD

Michael Barrus is a Senior User Experience Researcher at Intrinsic, focusing on unlocking the creative and economic potential of industrial robotics. Previously, Michael worked as a User Experience Researcher at Google, conducting research studies for the Google Stadia games platform. Michael also served as a User Experience Research Assistant at Fisheries and Oceans Canada, leading research and design of visualization tools for federal fisheries management planning. With a PhD in Behavioural Neuroscience from The University of British Columbia, Michael's expertise lies in mixed methods research, usability testing, and data analysis.
