Matt Giedgowd

Matt Giedgowd, CPA, currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Intrinsic Capital Partners since July 2022. Prior to this role, Matt held the position of Director of Finance at Spire Capital Partners from February 2018 to July 2022, and was Controller at FS Investments from June 2013 to February 2018. Earlier in their career, Matt worked as an Audit Senior at Deloitte & Touche and as a Senior Accountant at ParenteBeard LLC, following a role as a Financial Analyst at Prescient Medical, Inc. Matt earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Susquehanna University and has also pursued studies at Birkbeck, University of London.
