Sander Arts has extensive work experience in various roles within the marketing and consultancy industry. In 2016, they founded and served as the CEO of Orange Tulip Consultancy, providing strategic guidance and coaching to clients in the B2B and B2C space. Sander has successfully worked with over 35 clients globally.

In 2022, Sander joined OKdo as the Chief Marketing Officer and NA Sales, contributing to the company's marketing and sales efforts. Prior to this role, they served as a Fractional CMO and Advisor for OKdo. Furthermore, they are currently serving as a Member of the Board of Advisors for Syntiant Corp., a company specializing in deep neural network processors for AI at the edge.

Sander Arts completed an Executive Program in Strategic Marketing Management at Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2011. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's Degree in International Business Communications, specializing in business, communications, economics, and marketing at Radboud University from 1994 to 1999. Sander began their education journey by completing their Atheneum at Mondriaan College from 1985 to 1993.
