Karina Chávez has had a diverse work experience. Karina is currently working as a Middle School Visual Arts Teacher at Intrinsic Schools, starting in October 2022. Prior to this, they worked at EverTrue as a Marketing Operations Manager from January 2022 to October 2022, and as a Demand Generation Marketing Manager from September 2020 to January 2022. Before joining EverTrue, they were a Demand Generation Specialist at YCharts from November 2019 to August 2020. Karina also worked as a Digital Marketing Manager at Active Interest Media from February 2018 to June 2019. In addition, Karina served as an Adjunct Instructor at Des Moines Area Community College from September 2017 to March 2019, teaching HiSET Spanish. Karina began their career as a Marketing Assistant at Insta-Pro International from March 2016 to February 2018. Prior to that, they were a Corporate Marketing Intern at Holmes Murphy & Associates from June 2015 to February 2016. Karina'sfirst internship was at Workiva, where they worked as an Advertising and Campaigns Intern from June 2014 to March 2015.
Karina Chávez obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Advertising from Iowa State University, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. In 2014, they also briefly attended the University of Canberra, pursuing a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with a focus on Advertising.
