Maxwell Peters has a comprehensive work experience in various roles within the arts and entertainment industry. Maxwell most recently served as the Director of Visual and Performing Arts at Intrinsic Schools starting in July 2020. Prior to that, they were a Co-Founder, Screenwriter, and Director at Ignited Entertainment since July 2013. Maxwell also worked as a Premier Security and VIP Services member for the Chicago Cubs from June 2022 to October 2022. Maxwell held the position of Director of the Performing Arts Department at Sedona-Oak Creek Unified School District from July 2019 to May 2020. Additionally, Maxwell was a Teacher at KIPP LA Public Schools from June 2018 to July 2019 and a Teaching Artist at the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts from January 2016 to July 2019. Maxwell gained experience as a Theatre Arts Teacher at Equitas Academy Charter Schools from June 2017 to June 2018. Maxwell has also held managerial roles, having been the Manager of Talent Partnerships at Crowdmix from March 2016 to July 2016, and the Director of Talent Relations & Casting at POPSUGAR from September 2015 to January 2016. Furthermore, they served as the Director/Producer of Talent Relations at BeautyCon Media Inc. from May 2015 to September 2015, where they implemented more efficient approaches for the talent department and managed various talent relationships and productions.
Maxwell Peters has a diverse education history. Maxwell began their educational journey by earning a High School Diploma from Ridgefield High School in 2008. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Communication at Emerson College from 2008 to 2012.
In 2015, Maxwell obtained a Certificate in Management and Business for Entertainment from UCLA. Maxwell furthered their academic pursuits by earning a Master of Arts degree in Teaching from the University of Southern California between 2018 and 2020.
Currently, Maxwell is enrolled at Boston College, where they are working towards a Master of Education degree in Educational Leadership and Policy. This program is expected to be completed by 2023.
