Jess Yap

Jess Yap has extensive work experience in the travel industry, starting as a Travel Consultant and later becoming the General Manager of Country Holidays Travel. In this role, they successfully grew the company's gross profit and established it as one of the top luxury travel agencies in Singapore. Jess also managed the sales team and focused on improving customer service. Following that, Jess joined Scott Dunn as the Head of Sales and Services in Singapore and later became the Head of Commercial and Support, Asia. In these roles, they played a key role in driving business growth, developing and implementing strategies, and overseeing daily operations. In 2020, Jess founded their own company, Intriq Journey, where they serve as the Founder and Director.

Jess Yap has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration/Marketing from SIMGE (SIM Global Education) during the period of 1999 to 2001. Prior to that, in 1994 to 1995, Jess obtained an IATA-UFTAA Standard and Advance Diploma in Tourism and Ticketing from the Centre for Tourism Related Studies. In 1990 to 1992, Jess earned an A Level Certificate from Townsville Institute. Lastly, between 1986 and 1989, Jess completed the O Level Certificate at Nan Hua Secondary School.
