Matt Held

Matt Held has had a varied and successful career in the business world. Matt began their career in 2010 as a Summer Analyst at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney. In 2011, they were a Summer Analyst at CS Financial Commercial Division. In 2012, they held two positions: Asset Manager/Analyst at Colony Capital, Inc. and Private Equity Intern at Rexford Industrial. From 2016 to 2018, Matt was a Senior Director and Director at SquareFoot, where they consulted and advised both individual people and enterprise-sized companies on real estate acquisition and disposition. In 2020, they became the Vice President of Sales & Operations at Intrivo, a Los Angeles-based digital health company.

Matt Held obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration - Real Estate from the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business between 2008 and 2012. Matt then obtained a New York State Real Estate Salesperson certification from the New York State Department of Labor in April 2016.
