Sudharika Gogna

Sudharika Gogna is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations management and strategic initiatives. Currently serving as an Expert Consultant at Intro since February 2025, Sudharika previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Loyal / Cellular Longevity from October 2022 to September 2024, focusing on operational improvement and management. Prior roles include VP of Operations and Director of Growth Strategy and Solutions at Flexport, where Sudharika was responsible for global expansion efforts, and Director of Operational Excellence, contributing to global operations strategies. Sudharika has also led transformation initiatives at Cognizant as Director of the Transformation Office in the Life Sciences and Technology sector and served as Global Head of PMO and Strategic Initiatives at Brookfield Asset Management.
