Tanja Härkönen

Tanja Härkönen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles.

Tanja started their career as an Intern at Radisson Blu in 2016, where they gained practical knowledge and experience in the hospitality industry.

In 2016, Tanja also worked as a Sales Agent and Receptionist at Tallink Silja AB, where they handled reservations and check-ins during the summer and had an additional role during the autumn.

In 2017, they returned to Radisson Blu as a Receptionist before transitioning to Egencia, a travel management company, where they held several roles.

At Egencia, they first worked as a Project Coordinator, responsible for coordinating travel projects. Tanja then became a Project Manager, leading various business travel projects and handling customer accounts. Later on, they served as an Implementation Executive, collaborating with internal teams to onboard new global customers and providing training and support.

In 2021, Tanja joined Teamtailor as a Customer Success Manager, where they managed a portfolio of Nordic and Finnish customers. Tanja'sresponsibilities included onboarding, training, and renewal management, ensuring customer satisfaction and showcasing the value of the product.

Currently, Tanja is working as a Customer Success & Recruitment Manager at Intro | Tech-rekrytering som fungerar, starting in 2022.

Tanja Härkönen completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Leading Business Transformation from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, where they studied from 2021 to 2023. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in International Tourism Management from Dalarna University between 2013 and 2017. Tanja also obtained a High School Diploma in Gymnasieutbildning from Helsingin luonnontiedelukio from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, they participated in exchange studies at Westview High School in Portland, OR, United States, during the academic year 2011-2012.
