Al Mercer

Al Mercer is an experienced Sales Director with a strong background in driving sales and business development within the legal and financial sectors. Currently serving as Sales Director for UK & EMEA at Introhive, Al has returned to the company after gaining insights from General Counsels and in-house teams. Previous roles include Sales Director at PERSUIT®, where Al enhanced engagement between legal teams and outside counsel, and a notable tenure at Introhive from 2018 to 2022, where Al established the brand's presence in the UK and internationally. Al's earlier experience includes leadership positions at Knights plc as Group Sales Director, Flint Bishop as Head of Business Development, and various roles in the financial services sector, including Business Manager at Nationwide Building Society and Area Sales Manager at HSBC. Al holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Strategic Sales Practice from CIM.
