Annie Lyn Dauba

Annie Lyn Dauba is an experienced software engineer with a diverse background in technical support and development roles. Currently, Annie Lyn serves at Introhive since February 2018, advancing from a Junior Developer to the position of Software Engineer while also taking on responsibilities as a Lead Tier 3 Agent and Senior Tier 3 Support Analyst. Prior to Introhive, Annie Lyn worked as a Technical Support Specialist at Xplornet Communications and held various roles at CSY Outsourcing Inc., including Senior Technical Specialist and Project Leader, where Annie Lyn led agile teams and managed project deliverables for a Japanese client. Additional experience includes working as an IT Specialist at IBM, providing onsite support for Lotus Notes applications. Annie Lyn began the career as a Software Developer during an internship at Alliance Software Inc. and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from the University of San Carlos.
