Mike Waugh

Mike Waugh is currently the VP of Product at Introhive. Mike has been with the company since May of 2019 and in their current role for just over a year and a half. Prior to that, they were the Director of Software Engineering at Introhive for just under two years. Before joining Introhive, Mike spent 10 years at Research In Motion in various roles including Development Team Lead and Senior Developer. Mike was also with Chalk Media for just over two years as a software developer before it was acquired by Research In Motion. Mike started their career as a developer at DND in 2002 and spent four years there before moving on to Chalk Media.

Mike Waugh has a Bachelor of Computer Science from the University of New Brunswick. Mike also has a certification from LinkedIn in Strategic Focus for Managers, Impromptu Speaking, Strategic Thinking, Leading Inclusive Teams, Managing Team Conflict, New Manager Foundations, and Performance Management: Conducting Performance Reviews. In addition, they have certifications from the Pragmatic Institute in PMC Level III and Pragmatic Certified Product Manager.

Mike Waugh reports to Jody Glidden, CEO. They work with Evan English - Risk & Compliance Officer, Alan Panezic - Chief Product Officer, and Adam Draper - VP, Sales.
