Denis Anisimov has over 10 years of professional experience in software engineering and technology leadership. Denis started their career in 2010 as a Software Engineer Intern at Intel Corporation, where they developed a non-intrusive verification technology. In 2014, they joined Innopolis University as a Research Engineer and Tech Lead, where they managed a team of 5 people and was responsible for developing a project-critical high-performance intelligent client-side connection gateway. In 2016, Denis moved to Microsoft as a Software Engineer and reworked and parallelized a computation-heavy component of the stack, resulting in a 10% latency decrease end-to-end. In 2017, they co-founded Sharedtrip and served as CTO. In 2018, Denis co-founded Introwise, a Techstars portfolio company that makes it easy for everyday experts to offer coaching and advice online.

Denis Anisimov received their Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics and Physics from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (State University) (MIPT) in 2012. Denis then went on to receive their Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the same institution in 2014. Later in 2014, they earned their Master of Science in Information Technology (MSIT) from Carnegie Mellon University, with a focus on Software Engineering. In 2021, they obtained the Manager as Coach certification from LinkedIn.
