Anita Mészáros

Anita Mészáros serves as the HR Director for Market Hungary at Intrum since April 2022, reporting to both the Global Markets HR Director and the local CEO. In this role, Anita oversees all people-based activities from strategic and operational perspectives, including HR strategy development, budgeting, talent management, and change management initiatives. Prior to this position, Anita held roles including HR Manager at Intrum for over a decade, where responsibilities included implementing local HR strategies and managing a team of HR professionals. Anita's career began as an Executive Assistant at Intrum and includes experience teaching English and German. Anita holds an MA in English Language and Literature and several certifications in coaching and HR methodologies.
