Zane Finstere

Zane Finstere is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Reporting and Data Analytics Manager and previously as the Group HR Applications Manager at Intrum since July 2013. Zane's expertise includes Workday applications, HR reporting, team management, recruitment, training and development, payroll, and HR strategy. Zane has also held roles as HR Manager and HR Specialist, contributing significantly to HR administration, performance evaluation, workplace health and safety, and internal communication. Prior to Intrum, Zane gained valuable experience as an Office Manager at Le Chic and held assistant managerial and administrative roles at Creative Media Services. Zane holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Riga International School of Economics and Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from Latvijas Universitate.
