Jessica Leahy is an experienced senior recruiter with a diverse background in marketing, product, and executive recruitment. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at McAfee since June 2024, Jessica previously led recruitment efforts for CVS Media Exchange, focusing on building their first retail media network and senior leadership roles. Prior experience includes a tenure at Achieve as a Senior Recruiter, where Jessica significantly expanded the growth marketing team, and at Method Recruiting, LLC, where sourcing and screening candidates were primary responsibilities. Jessica began their career as a Recruiter at Aerotek and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations and Affairs from California State University-Sacramento.
