Kimberly Cook Davis has extensive legal experience in various roles within prominent organizations. At McAfee, Kimberly served as Global Legal Lead-Procurement and previously as Senior Legal Counsel in both Procurement and Consumer Sales for North America. Kimberly's career also includes serving as Vice President of Legal and Compliance at Hallmark Financial Services Inc. and Assistant Vice President, Corporate Counsel and Assistant Secretary at Republic Group Companies, where Kimberly also held the position of Associate Counsel and Assistant Secretary. Earlier in Kimberly's career, legal expertise was demonstrated as Legal Counsel at Capital International Communications, LLC, and as General Counsel at The Brandt Companies.
