Akhil Saxena

Akhil Saxena is a legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property rights, trademarks, and copyright litigation. Currently serving as a Legal Associate at Inttl Advocare since August 2023, Akhil has also held positions as an Advocate and Judicial Law Clerk at the High Court of Delhi since September 2020, where responsibilities included drafting judgments and briefs related to intellectual property law. Previous roles include Legal Associate at R & R Legal, where appearances were made before various courts and legal drafting was performed, along with an internship at L&L Partners focusing on international trade law and litigation, and research positions at Gravitas Legal. Akhil graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Delhi College of Arts and Commerce.
