Niharika Kapoor

Niharika Kapoor is an experienced legal associate with a focus on intellectual property rights, currently working at Inttl Advocare since October 2022. In this role, Niharika has drafted and compiled various legal documents related to trademark law, including affidavits, legal notices, and search reports, while also conducting extensive research on IPR topics. Prior experience includes legal internships at Sagus Legal, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co, and the Law Offices of Gurinder Pal Singh, where Niharika contributed to research on trademark infringement and grounds for trademark refusal. Niharika holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics from Delhi University and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Indraprastha Law College in Greater Noida.
