Becca Decker is a senior product leader with over a decade of experience in driving growth for B2C and B2B brands through experimentation and AI-driven personalization. They have achieved significant milestones, including a 7X year-over-year growth of TurboTax's personalization program and the successful launch of QuickBooks.com’s personalization initiative. Becca has been recognized with the Intuit Marketing Star Award for their impactful work and successfully led a major website redesign within a tight timeframe. Currently, Becca is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Emerging Media and Communication at The University of Texas at Dallas.
