Jan Penagos

Jan Penagos is a seasoned professional in workplace design and planning, currently serving as the Senior Workplace Business Partner and Head of Space Occupancy & Planning at Intuit since 2004. In this role, Jan has developed data-driven solutions to optimize workplace environments, notably leading a significant occupancy planning project that relocated over 3,000 employees and facilitated the opening of a new facility. Previously, as an Associate and Design Director at IA Interior Architects from 1997 to 2002, Jan managed the design and planning for numerous high-profile clients and contributed to the establishment of the Silicon Valley office. Jan holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
