Jorge Segovia, MBA, has a range of experience in finance and management roles. Jorge started their career at OFICINA PARA ESTUDIOS DEL AGRO - OFIAGRO as a Consultant from November 2002 to April 2004. Jorge then moved on to QUITO CITY HALL - CITY MUSEUMS, where they worked as a Financial Manager from May 2004 to August 2006. Jorge joined American Express in 2007 as a Summer Financial Manager EMEA, and later held various positions within the company, including JRP Financial Manager in different divisions such as OPEN Finance - Planning and Forecasting, International Risk Finance, and EMEA Treasury. In 2011, they became a Finance Director for American Express' International Lending Products until November 2013, when they took on the role of Finance Director for US Consumer Services - Strategic Alliances. From May 2015 to May 2018, Jorge served as the Vice President & Lead Financial Officer for U.S. Co-brand Products & Business Development at American Express. Jorge'snext role was Vice President Finance - Global Commercial Services - Investment Optimization from May 2018 to June 2019. Currently, Jorge holds the position of Vice President, Finance, Consumer Group at Intuit, starting in June 2019.
Jorge Segovia, MBA, holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador, which they obtained from 1998 to 2003. Jorge later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration at IESE Business School from 2006 to 2008. In 2018, they completed an Accelerated Leadership Development Program at Duke University.
