Mike Ilnicki

Mike Ilnicki is an accomplished Group Product Manager at Intuit since May 2018, recognized as a two-time customer obsession award winner for enhancing customer engagement and successfully launching Intuit Canada's first online professional tax product. Ilnicki has demonstrated strong cross-functional leadership, engagement in culture building, and innovation through various product initiatives and beta programs. Prior to Intuit, Ilnicki held product management roles at Flipp, NLogic Canada, and Riva Modeling Systems, where contributions included increasing product adoption and overseeing agile teams. Ilnicki's early career involved significant research roles, including work with York University on NASA's OSIRIS-REx mission and various technical positions in Earth observation systems. Educationally, Ilnicki holds a Master's degree in Atmospheric Physics and a Bachelor's degree in Geomatics Engineering from York University.
