Ricky Ratcliff

Ricky Ratcliff, M.Ed, is an experienced Learning Experience Designer currently serving as Staff within the Talent Development and DEI team at Intuit since October 2019. In this role, Ricky Ratcliff supports the design and implementation of blended learning experiences for remote and hybrid workforces across nine global workstreams, driving employee skill development across three organizations. Previously, from March 2017 to October 2019, Ricky Ratcliff worked as Curriculum Manager for the Grow With Google program, focusing on creating learning experiences to enhance digital skills for small business owners, programmers, and educators. Earlier experience includes serving as Art Director at Impet Group from January 2014 to March 2017, where Ricky Ratcliff led a team in graphic and web design, as well as marketing campaigns. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education in Educational/Instructional Technology from the University of Florida, a Master's in Learning Design and Technology from Texas A&M University, and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Indiana University East.
