Sarah Kreutzer has a strong background in customer success and analytics. Sarah started their career at Capital One Financial, where they served as a Senior Director of Marketing & Analytics for Consumer Lending. In 2006, they joined Intuit as the Director of Analytics & Customer Strategy. Sarah has since held various leadership positions within the company, including Vice President of Customer Success Operations for the Consumer Group and Vice President of Customer Success, Growth & Retention for the Consumer Group. Most recently, they were the Vice President of Customer Success, Small Business Group, leading customer success and support for Intuit's Small Business Self Employed group. Sarah is now the SVP of Customer Success, Small Business Self Employed, Services Operations and Analytics at Intuit. Throughout their career, Sarah has focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving growth and retention, and leveraging analytics and AI capabilities to support business goals.

Sarah Kreutzer attended the University of Richmond from 1993 to 1997. Sarah earned a BS/BA degree with a focus on Finance and Marketing.
