Sylvia Duran

Sylvia Duran is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business operations and strategy across various prominent organizations. Currently serving as Principal of Business Operations at Intuit, Sylvia also hosts the "One of a Kind Podcast" alongside Nicy Duran. Previously, Sylvia held several key positions at YouTube, including Head of Strategy & Operations for YouTube Marketing in Latin America and Canada, Head of YouTube Mexico, and Head of Support Strategy & Insights. Additionally, experience includes serving as Strategy and Partnerships Manager at Google and as a Senior Associate at McKinsey & Company. Sylvia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication with a minor in Business from Cornell University and has pursued legal studies at Columbia Law School.
