Tiago L. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and industries. Tiago began their career as a Real Estate Project Manager in Portugal and the Netherlands from 2007 to 2014. In 2014, Tiago worked in Real Estate Investment in Portugal, assisting investors in developing a food and hospitality venture.

From 2015 to 2019, Tiago joined Falconi as a Senior Consultant and later as a Senior Engagement Manager. Tiago led projects focused on strategic planning, management, budgeting, and process optimization for companies in Mexico, the European Union, Brazil, and Canada.

Tiago then moved on to Uber, where they held various leadership roles in Brazil. As the Head of Operations from 2019 to 2020, they managed territory operations and collaborated with internal teams to align on key business programs. Tiago later became the Head of Product Portfolio from 2020 to 2021, overseeing the rider operation, product portfolio, and new launches strategy in Brazil.

Currently, Tiago is working at Intuit as the Principal Business Strategy & Operations for the US. Tiago leads the strategy and operations for Intuit Assist, a GenAi platform, and is also responsible for the Digital Transformation program to accelerate the online ecosystem.

Throughout their career, Tiago has achieved significant milestones, including migrating over 400k users to Intuit's online ecosystem annually, resulting in over $600M in annual revenue.

Tiago L. completed their education with a postgraduate degree in Business Strategy from Harvard Business School in 2023. Prior to that, they pursued an Executive MBA from IESE Business School from 2012 to 2014. In 2012, they also obtained a postgraduate degree in Real Estate Finance and Development from New York University. Between 2002 and 2009, Tiago attained a Master's degree in Architecture and Real Estate from Universidade do Porto. Tiago further expanded their knowledge in the same field by completing an additional Master's degree at Delft University of Technology from 2006 to 2007.
