Victor Umansky

Victor Umansky is an experienced analytics professional with a strong background in data-driven decision-making and team leadership. Currently serving as an Analytics Consultant at Intuit since June 2025, Victor previously led the Ecosystem Analytics team at Block, focusing on data experimentation and machine learning to enhance business outcomes. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Director and Director of Data Science at SoFi, where Victor contributed to successful referral programs and enterprise partnerships, and as Vice President, Analytics Leader at Synchrony, delivering marketing analytics for Gap, Inc. Additionally, Victor held the position of SVP, Director of Analytics & Decision Sciences at Santander Bank, managing credit risk and digital innovations. Victor holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Connecticut School of Business and a Master's degree in Computer Science from the National University «Kyiv Aviation Institute».
