Zohra Yafai

Zohra Yafai is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in global recruitment strategies and operations. Currently serving as the Vice President and Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Intuit since October 2024, Zohra previously held significant roles at Cisco, including Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition, Internal Movement and Mobility, and Global Director of Talent Acquisition at Cisco Meraki. Zohra's tenure at Cisco spans over a decade, during which key contributions were made as a lead in university recruiting for the US, Canada, and Latin America, and as an interim lead for EMEAR Sales. Before joining Cisco, Zohra served as a Senior Consultant in Talent Management at Hudson. Zohra holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Marketing from Brunel University of London.
