Michelle McShortall is an experienced professional who has held various roles in the field of learning and development. Currently working as the Advisory Services Manager at Intuition Publishing Ltd., Michelle collaborates with clients to design learning solutions that support their business goals. With a background in instructional design and project management, Michelle has contributed significantly to the development of elearning projects and pedagogical models. Michelle also served as an Authority Member on the Broadcasting Authority of Ireland and holds multiple degrees in education, film production, and special and inclusive education. Dedicated to continuous learning, Michelle is currently pursuing a certification in Learning Experience Design.
