Racheli Davidson

Racheli Davidson currently serves as the Head of Customer Success/Support at Intuition Robotics, overseeing a team dedicated to enhancing the experience of elderly product users and their case managers. Previously, Racheli held the role of Head of Customer Experience at Nexar Inc., where responsibilities included managing diverse client-facing teams across B2B and B2C sectors. Racheli's earlier experience at Lightricks encompasses roles as Customer Experience Team Lead and Customer Experience Specialist. Prior roles also include serving as an Employment Counselor at Nefesh B'Nefesh, aiding new immigrants in their job searches in Israel, and working as a Case Manager and Tour Operator at Keshet - Educational Tourism.
