Candace Hanks

Candace Hanks has over 16 years of experience in the field of scientific research and development. Candace began their career in 2004 as a Grant Research at the National Science Foundation and a Research Scientist at the Wisconsin Department of Public Health. In 2005, they joined The BBI Group as a Product Development Scientist, and was promoted to Product Development Lead and Product Development Manager in subsequent years. In 2015, they joined Coating Place Inc. as an Associate Manager of Formulation Development, where they were responsible for recruiting, selecting, and training employees, as well as developing personal growth opportunities and setting goals in line with overall company targets. In 2021, they were appointed Senior Manufacturing Scientist at Intuitive Biosciences.

Candace Hanks completed a Bachelor's degree in Biology, General and Microbiology from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in 2005. In 2016, they attended the University of Mississippi to take a Hands on Course in Tablet Technology.
