Melissa Mack is the Owner and Managing Partner of IBC, having led the company since July 2001. Prior to this role, Melissa served as a Project Manager at Aronson & Company and APWU between 1998 and 2008, where responsibilities included overseeing iMIS Application Implementation projects. Additionally, Melissa contributed as a Committee Member at NiUG International from 2010 to 2011. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Southeastern Louisiana University, earned between 1989 and 1993.
