Robert L. Masson

Robert L. Masson, II is an accomplished financial executive with extensive leadership experience in various industries, including aerospace, manufacturing, and defense. Currently serving as Director and Chair of the Audit Committee for both Intuitive Machines and Tech-Etch Inc., Robert has held significant finance roles, such as Chief Financial Officer at Noble and Latham, and Executive Vice President and CFO at Hypertherm. Prior experience includes vice president of finance roles at Flowserve Corporation and multiple CFO positions at Raytheon, overseeing substantial annual revenues and global operations. Robert's foundational education includes an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Economics from the United States Naval Academy, complemented by over nine years of service as a lieutenant in the United States Navy.
