Thomas Nguyen

Thomas Nguyen is a Systems Engineer at Intuitive Machines, with previous experience at Raytheon Missiles & Defense in systems integration and test. Nguyen began a career in aerospace engineering with an internship at Sandia National Laboratories, where contributions included applying machine learning for trajectory generation of hypersonic gliders and drafting a proposal for an autonomous glider course. Prior to this, Nguyen worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant in the Autonomous Guidance, Navigation, & Control Laboratory at The University of Texas at Austin, focusing on quadcopter control and programming. Nguyen holds a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering from the Cockrell School of Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin.
