Theresa Barton

Theresa Barton is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in defense acquisition and program management. Currently serving as an Assistant Product Manager for the US Army since 2020, focusing on Degraded Visual Environment and Environment Exploitation System projects, Theresa also holds the position of Senior Program Analyst at Intuitive Research and Technology Corporation since 2016. Prior experience includes managing Huntsville Operations for Sikorsky Aircraft, where Theresa oversaw multiple production and engineering support contracts, and a distinguished military career with the US Army from 1981 to 2008, culminating in leadership roles that shaped several major defense acquisition programs.
