Daryl Oshatz

Daryl Oshatz serves as the Senior Director of Mechanical Engineering at Intuitive since June 2010, having previously held the position of Director of Mechanical Engineering. Prior to this role, Daryl was the Director of Product Engineering at Parata Systems, where leadership was provided for the hardware development of pharmacy automation products, culminating in the market launch of the Parata Max™. Daryl's career includes experience as a Senior Staff Engineer at Siemens Healthcare, where mechanical and electrical engineering leadership was provided for the development of the 160 MLC™, and prior roles at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory involving multimillion-dollar linear accelerator projects, as well as an engineering assistant position at the Space Sciences Laboratory. Daryl earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley in 1995.
