David Luedtke

David Luedtke is a seasoned professional in real estate, workplace services, and facilities management with extensive leadership experience. Currently serving as Senior Director of Real Estate & Workplace Services at Intuitive since May 2020, Luedtke established global facilities engineering practices and improved operational efficiencies. Prior roles include Lead Director of Global Workplace Solutions at Lam Research, where oversight of workplace, facilities, and construction teams was essential, and President of Front End Solutions, Inc., focused on real estate development and project management in the San Francisco Bay Area. Luedtke’s career also encompasses significant operational leadership at Lend Lease Company in India, directly supporting Applied Materials’ initiatives. Luedtke holds an Executive MBA and an MBA from the University of San Francisco, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
