Edgar Fernandez

Edgar Fernandez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality operations and engineering within the medical device and healthcare industries. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Global Quality Operations at Intuitive, Edgar has previously held senior leadership roles at Edwards Lifesciences, Medtronic, Covidien, and Hospira Costa Rica, encompassing responsibilities such as quality engineering, quality systems, and manufacturing operations. Edgar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Production Engineering from the Technological Institute of Costa Rica and completed an independent course in Interrogation and Interviewing Techniques at John E. Reid and Associates.
